का ०पा ० 299 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) , अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 29 व की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( भौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) , की मधिसूचना सं ० का ०मा ० 621 ( घ) तारीख 14 अगस्त, 1980 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात-
उक्त अधिसूचभा की अनुसूची में भाग ' ख' के पश्चात निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात:--
"भाग ग
ऊपर भाग क और भाग ख में सूचीबद्ध उद्योगों के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित उद्योग, उस सीमा तक जहां तक वे पूवोक्त भाग क और भाग छ में सम्मिलित नहीं हैं--
(1 ) स्वचालित (श्राटोमटिव ) डालकर बनाई गई वस्तुएं, एस जी लोहे को डालकर बनाई गई वस्तुए, इस्पात को और पीटकर बनाई गई बस्तुएं बालकर
(2) प्रलौह धातुएं और उनको मिश्र धातुए जितमें एलुमिनियम पणिका भी है ।

( 3) स्पंज लोहा और पिलेटाइजेशन
(4) वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा प्रणाली जैसे सौर, वायु आदि और उनके लिए उपस्कर

( 6) शक्ति सहित विद्युत के परेषण और वितरण के लिए उपस्कर भौर वितरण ट्रांसफार्मर पावररिले , एच टी स्विचगियर, सित- क्रोनस कंडेनसर
( 7) प्रौद्योगिक भट्टियों सहित विद्युत भट्टियां
(8) लेख-इन-वायर के विनिर्माण के लिए संघटक तार
(9) 20 मे०वा० से 60 मे ०वा तक के जल/ वाष्प/ गैस जनित्र
(10) मछली पकड़ने के ट्रालर सहित 10,000 की डब्ल्यू टी तक के यंत्रीकृत पाल जलयान
( 11) बाणिज्यिक यान, लोक परिवहन याम जिसमें माटोमोटिव वाणिज्यिक तिपहिये जीप जैसे यान भी हैं, सौद्योगिक लोको- मोटिव
( 12) वैयक्तिक परिवहन थान:
(i) यात्री कार

और अवरोधक ब्यापारिक व्यवहार अधिनियम , 1969 ( 1969 का 54) या विदेशी मुद्रा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 46 ) की परिधि के भीतर नहीं आते हैं ।
( 13) विशिष्ट भाटोमोटिव संघटक , जेसे पिस्टन और पिस्टन रिंग , ईंधन डालने वाले उपस्कर , भाटो इलेक्ट्रिकल जैसे स्टार्टर मोटर जनित्र, स्पार्कप्लग , रियर एक्सल ऐसेम्बली, ब्रेक और क्लच एसेम्बली , टायर/ट्यूब वाल्व , स्वचालित यानों के पहिए भौर वैधात्विक मिरिग ।
(14 ) औद्योगिक मशीनरी जिसमे विशिष्ट उपस्कर भी है ।
( 15) उत्तम कार्यकरण भौर अति विश्वसनीय औद्योगिक वाल्व जो उद्योग मंत्रालय द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किया जाए ।
( 16) केन्द्रीकृत स्नेहन प्रणाली
(17) गियर, गियर बक्से और कपलिंग ,
(18) प्रदूषण नियंत्रण उपस्कर
(19 ) कागज मिलों के लिए रोल , रोलिंग मिलों के लिए रोल
(20) अपशिष्ट के पुभः चक्रण के उपयोग हेतु प्रसंस्करण उपस्कर
( 21) मशीन मौजार जिसमें मियंक्षण भौर उपसाधन भी है ।
(22) जिग पिक्सचर, मौजार विशिष्ट प्रकार की डाइयां और क्रास लैण्ड कूलिंग ।
(23) इंजीनियरी उत्पावत सहायक जैसे काटने और बनाने के मौजार, पैटर्न भौर डाड्यो पथा तनन मौजार
(24) मिट्टी हटाने वाली मशीनरी और मिर्माण मशीनरी तथा उसके संघटक
(25) वैज्ञानिक और विद्युत चिकित्सा उपस्कर तथा प्रयोगशाला उपस्कर
(26) भारी कार्बनिक रसायन जिसमें पैट्रो रसायन भी है
( 27) कार्बनिक सूक्ष्म रसायन
(28) पौद्यौगिक विस्फोटक
( 29) तकनीकी श्रेणी कीटमाशी, फूंगीनाशी , कृतणनाशी भौर पैसे ही भन्य
( 30 ) प्रकीर्ण रसायन ( केवल प्रौद्योगिक उपयोगी के लिए ) जिसमें निम्नलिखित हैं
( i) उत्प्रेरक भौर उत्प्रेरक समर्थक
( ii) फौटोग्राफी रसायन
( iii) रबड़ रसायन
( iv) पालिर्मोल
(v ) भाइसोसाइनेट, यूरोथेत मावि
(vi) अधिक तेल निकालने के लिए विशेषता रसायन
(vii) तापन तरल
(viii) कोलतार भासवान और उसके उत्पाद
( ix) प्रौद्योगिक गैस बभाने के लिए टमभार संयंत्र
(x) उच्च अक्षांश सेक्शन आक्सीजन/चिकित्सीय आक्सीजन

and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 621 (E ), dated the 14th August , 1980, namely :-
29. Technical grade insecticides , fungicides , weedicides and the like
In the said notification , in the Schedule , after Part B, the following shall be inserted , namely:

In addition to industries listed in Part A and Part B above , the following industries to the extent they are not already included in the aforesaid Part A and Part B :--

1. Automotive castings , SG iron castings , steel castings and steel forgings
(v) Isocyanates , Urethanes , etc.
(vi ) Speciality chemicals for enhanced oil recovery 2. Non- ferrous metals and their alloys , Including aluminium foils
(vii ) Heatingfluids
3. Sponge Iron and Pelletisation
(viii ) Coal tar distillation and products therefrom 4. Alternate energy systems like solar , wind , etc. and equip- ments therefor

Regarding two wheelers , only for industrial under- takings which do not fall within the purview of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969) or within the purview of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act , 1973 (46 of 1973) .

( iii) Multi- colour sheet- fed offset printing machines of sizes 18" x25" and above .
22. Jigs, fixtures, tools and dies of specialised types and cross land tooling .
(iv) High speed rotogravure printing machines having output of 30,000 or more impressions per hour .
23. Engineering production aids such as cutting and form- ing tools , patterns and dies and mining tools .
Note: Notification S.O. 621 (E) dated the 14th August , 1980 was earlier amended by notification S.O. 123 (E ) dated 21st February, 1981 .
