S.O 30"HE)/No. E(C)O, 19T7/AM{238>.—In exercise of the- powers conferred by Seciton 3 of the Import* and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) the Central Government hereby mates the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely r—
1 Thie Order may be culled the Exports (Control! Ninth Amendment Order,
1982.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977. in Part 'B' Schedule I, the existing
entry appearing against S. No. 4(d) iJiall be substituted by the following :—-
"Manufactured articles/handicrafts made of Peacock Tail Feathers (ex-
cept brooms, dusters and bundles)".
