NOTIFICATION

New Delhi 29th Apiil, 1982.

O.N. 58 (E).—Tn exorcise of the powers conferred by sub-section (t) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951)the Election Commis- sion hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/MT/79 (2) dated the 31st December, 1979 :-

In column 2 of the Table appended to the iaid notification, against item 1 0

'Returning Officer for 10-Thane parliamentary constituency', for the existing ontry numbered 5, the entry "5. Assistant Administrator,Ulhasnagar, Townn- ship Camp No. 3, Ulh.asnag.ir" shall be substituted.
