NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 4th Mny, 1982
S.0.302 (E).-^Whereas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1973 is satisfied that the land, building etc. mentioned in the schedule below should be acquired for a public purpose namely for construction of Metro ftailw^y, Calcutta and other works connected therewith at the public expense in the City of Calcutta.
Now, therefore, it is hereby declare that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Metro Railwa ys (Construction of W o r k s ^ t, 1978. The Central Government do hereby acquire the land, building etc. referred to in the schedule below.
This declaration is made to all whom It may concern.
A plan of the lend, building etc. may be inspected in the office of the Competent Authority, Metro Railway, Cticutta.
