NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th May, 1982S.O. 305(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 5 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), read with rule 3 of the Delhi Trans- port Corporation (Members) Rules, 1973 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wine) No. 238(E) dated 1-5-1979, the Central Government hereby appoint the 146 GI/82 (1)

S. Shrivastuv, (vi) Shri V. S. Ailawadl, Vice-Chainnan, Delhi Development Authority.

Chainnan-cum-General Manager, Delhi Transport Corporation.

(vii) Shri A. K. Tandon,

Additional Commissioner of Police, Delhi.

Shri U. S, Shrivastuv shall bo the Chairman of the

Corporation.
