S.O. 306(E).-—la txeriCM.1 of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of •.ectioti 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 Of 1948), the Central < iovernmem. hereby appoints- tho 9th day of May, 1982, as the dale on which iho provisions of Chapter IV (except sections 44 and 45 which hftye already been brought into force) and Chapters V and VI [except sub section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which, have already heen brought inlo force} of th" said Act shall come into force in the following areas in the State of Punjab, namely :—
"Revenue village*, of Taran Taran (Had Bast No, 72), Muradpur (Had Bast No, 76J, and Fatchahak (Had Bast No 68) in the DistriL) of Amdtsar."
