NOTIFICATIONS
Calcutta, the 20th July, 1982
S.O. 498 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause-8 of the Jute (Licensing & Control) Order, 1961 the Juto Commissioner hereby fixes, with immediate effect, the prices mentioned in the Schedule appended to this notification as the minimum prices at whioh jute and mesta of different varieties and grades specified in the said Schedule shall bo purchased or sold at the up-country markets in di- fferent areas mentioned therein during the year July 1982 to June 1983.
EXPLANATION :
The prices mentioned in the Schedule appended to this notification shall bo exclusive of purchase tax, sales tax, market levies and
commission.

the 1982-83 season
