S.O. 522(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 16B of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O, 277(E), dated the 21st April, 1982 namely :—

In the said Order,—

(i) in pajngraph I, for serial Nos, (iv) and (v) and the entries relating

thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely : —

"(N) Shri J. M. Ayyar, F.O., Bureau of Public Enterprises;

(v) Shri M, L. Saha, Registrar of Companies, West Bengal;",

(ii) in paragraph. 2, for the figures and word "90 days", the figures and
