S.O. 526(E).—Whereas in pursuance of clause (c) of section 3 read with sub-section (4) of section 6 of the Den- tists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948), Brigadiar O. P. Joneja, Profes- sor and Head of the Department of Dental Surgery, Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, has been elected to be a mem- ber of the Dental Council of India with effect from the 17th July, 1981.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No V. 12013| 1|77-MPT(PMS) (S.O. 533) dated the 9th February, 1978, namely :—
In tho said notifications under the heading "(c) Elected under clause fc) of Section 3" for serial numbers. 1 and 2 and tho entries relating thereto the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely :—.
''1. Dr. S. T. Talim, M.D.S., Dean, Dental Colleges| Dr. A. L. Nair Road, Dental Wings 17-7-1981 Byculla, Bombay-400008.
2. Dr. K. Bhargava, B.Sc, B.D.S., -Do- -Do-
