GJ9.R. S09(E).—In exercise of the povyerg conferred by sub-section, (I) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Govirmnettt, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to ilo, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revcflae) No. I17/78-Ctl"todMt IOSR-318(E)], dated the 9th June, 1978, namely:—

In the First Schedule to the said notification, against Serijtf '**&.< t ti &£ column 2, after the words "containing solvents", the words "sodium lauryl sulphate; sodium lauryl ether sulphate" .shall he substituted.
