S.O. 532(E).—Jn exercise of Ihe powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Acl, 1952 (60 o£ 1952), the Central Government hereby makcv the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affai s No. S.O. 83(E) dated the 17lh February, 1982 (relating to the Commission of Inquiry to inquire into the working and activities of the Gandhi Peace 'Foundation and Other Organisa- tions), namely :—
In para 4 of the said Notification, for ihe words and figures "on or before
the 31st July, 1982", the words and figures "on or before the 31st July, 1983" shall be substituted.
