क१० आ० 533 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम मविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 की धाग 5 के अधीन सेन्ट्रल गुजराम काटन डिलर्स एमोमि- शन, भड़ौम द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर , वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और अपना यह समाधान होजाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में होगा, उक्न अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त एसोसियेशन को कपाम में श्रग्रिम सविदा की बाबत इम अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख में तीन वर्ष क। श्रवधि के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त करती है ।
2 इसके द्वारा प्रदत्न मान्यना इम शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए है कि उक्त एमोमिएशन ऐसे निदेशो का अनुपालन करर्ग। जो वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय -समय पर दिए जाएं ।

The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation ) Act, 1952 ( 74 of 1952) . by Central Gujarat Cotton Dealers ' Association , Broach , and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 ol the said Act , recognitionto the said Association for a reriod

of three years as from the date of publication of this noti- fication in the Gazette of India in respect of forward con- tracts in cotion .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the con- dition that the said Association shall comply with such directions as mav, from time to time , be given by the For- ward Markets Commission .

का० आ ० 534 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम सविदा ( विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 5 के अधीन सदर्न गुजगन काटन डीलर्स एमो- सिएशन , सूरत द्वाग मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श में विचार करके और अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करन, व्यापार के हित में और लोकठिन में होगा. उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त एमोसियेशन को कपाम में अग्रिम मविदा की बायत इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाणन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2 इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस गर्न के अर्धन रहते हुए है कि उक्त एसोसिएशन ऐसे निदेशो का अनुपालन करेगी जा वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा ममय- समय पर दिए जाएं ।

का० आ० 535 ( अ)-केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविवश ( विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 की धाग 5 के अधीन नार्दनं इडिया काटन एसोसिएशन लि० , भटिंडा द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित मे होगा, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्न एसोसिएशन को कपास में अग्रिम संविदा की बावन इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. इनके द्वारा उक्त एसोसिशन ऐमे आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाये । प्रदत्त मान्यता इम शर्त के अधीन रहते हुये है कि निदेशो का अनुपालन करेगी जो वायदा बाजार

2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the con- dition that the said Association shall comply with such directions, as may from time to time, be given by the For- ward Markets Commission .

फा० आ० 536 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम सविदा ( विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 5 के अधीन अहमदाबाद काटन मर्चेन्ट्म एसोसिएशन, श्रहमदाबाद द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में होगा, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, उक्त एमोमिएशन का कपाम में अग्रिम सविदा की बाबत इम अधिसूषना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रश्त्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए है कि उक्त एमोसिएशन ऐसे निदेशों का अनुपालन करेगी जो वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा ममय -समय पर दिए जायें ।

The Central Government , having considered , in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation) Act , 1952 174 of 1952) , by the Ahmedabad Cotton Merchants ' Association, Ahmedabad, andbeing satisfied that it would be in the inte- rest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do ,

hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Association for a period of three years as from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India in respect of forward contracts in cotton.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the cou- dition that the said Association shall comply with such directions , as may, from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission .

का० भ० 537 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनि- यमन) अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 5 के अधीन सेन्ट्रल इण्डिया काटन एसोसिएशन लि० , उज्जैन द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर, वायत्रा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और अपन। यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में भौर लोकहित मे होगा, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्स शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त एसोसिएशन की कपास में अग्रिम संविदा की बाबत इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्तन में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रवत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए है कि उक्त एसोमिएणन ऐसे निर्देशो का अनुपालन करेगी जो वायवा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय -समय पर दिए जाएं ।

2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condi- tion that the said Association shall comply with such direc tions as may , from time to time , be given by the Forward MarketsCommission .

का ० आ० 538 (अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 5 के अधीम साउथ इण्डिया काटन एसोसि एशन, कोयम्बत्तूर द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेवन पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में होगा, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त एसोसियेशन को कपास में अग्रिम संविदा की बाबत इम अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की नारीख से तीस वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रशन करती है ।
2. इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यतः इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए है कि उक्न एसोसिएशन ऐसे निवेशों का भनुपालन करेगी जो बायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा ममय -समय पर दिए जाएं ।
