ORDER New Delhi, (he 1st August, 1982

S.O. 547(E).—In exercise o{ the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses (d) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall, in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed, be exercisable also by the Government of the State of Rajaulhan in that State.

This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in tho Gazette of India and ending with the 30th September, 1982.

SCHEDULE

Varieties of Cattle Fodder

1. Hay and Grass 2. Gowar including all its derivatives but excluding Gowar Gum which

is not fodder.

3. Karb or Karbi of Jowar, Maize and B'ajra. 4. Moth, Moth-chara and Moth-Churi, 5. Rice Husk. 6. Khakhata. 7. Gram Chhilkii. 8. Gram Churi. 9. Wheat Chapad.
