का. था. 549 (अ) /18- कक/आई डी आर ए/ 82 -भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकाम विभाग) के आदेश स 65 (अ) / 18 - कक/आई डी आर ए/78 तारीख 4 फरवरी , 1978 द्वारा (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) आध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्रीककुलम जिले के बोविलो में चीनी विनिर्माण में लगे हुए मैसर्स श्री राम शगर्म एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड एकक का (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है) प्रबन्ध , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) धारा 18 - कक को उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन उक्त आदेश के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड को उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था ।
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( ओद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के क्रमश आदेश सं . का. आ. 901 (अ) , नारीख

21 नवम्बर , 1980 और का . आ 619 (अ) , तारीख 3 अगस्त , 1981 द्वारा उक्त आदेश 3 अगस्त , 1982 तक की अवधि क लिए , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , जारी बना रहा था ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड के प्रबंध के अधीन 3 फरवरी , 1983 तक की और अवधि के लिए , जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है बना रहे ।
अत , अब केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनिय मन) अधिनियम ,1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 2) द्वारा प्रषप्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त आदेश 3 फरवरी , 1983 तक , जिमम यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

पक्षकार है या जो उक्त एकक या कम्पनी को लागू हो , प्रवर्तन 3 अगस्त, 1981 तक की अवधि के लिए जिसमें यह तारीख भी मम्मिलित है , निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्न आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से पूर्व उसके अधीन प्रोभन या उद्भुत होने वाले सभी अधिकार , विशेषाधिकार , बाध्यताए और दायित्व उक्त अवधि तक निलम्बित रहेंगे ;
और केन्द्रीय मरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( ओद्योगिक विकाम विभाग ) के आदेश सं .का. आ. 622(आ)/18-जस/आई. डी. आर . ए / 81 , तारीख 4 अगस्त , 1981 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि सभी मामलों की बाबत ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित है ) 3 अगस्त , 1982 तक जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , जारी रखी गई थी ;
S.O. 549 (E) /18AA/IDRA/82.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Depart- ment of Industrial Development ) , No S.Ο. 65 ( Ε) / 18ΑΛ/ IDRA / 78 , dated the 4th February , 1978 ( hereinafter refei- red to as the said Order ) , the management of the unit of Messrs . Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufac- turing sugar at Bobbili in District Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh ( hereinafter referred to as the industrial undertaking) was taken over under clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regu- lation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of three years from the date of publication of the said Order in the Olli- cial Gazette and the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited authorised to take over management of the said industrial undertaking. was
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि सभी मामलों की बाबत ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंको और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभून दायित्वों में संबंधित है) 3 फरवरी , 192 तक जिसमें यह तारीख भी मति है छः माम की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए :
And whereas by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Develop . ment ) Nos . S.O. 901 ( E ), dated the 21st November, 1980 and S.O. 619 ( F ) , dated the 3rd August , 1981 , respectively, the said Order was continued for a period upto and inclusive of 3rd August , 1982 ;
And whereas , the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Nizum Sugar Factory Limited for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 3rd February, 1983 ;
अतः अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकाम और विनिमन) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 चम्स की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त आदेश की अवधि सभी मामलों की बाबत ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंको और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति दायित्वों से संबंधित है) 3 फरवरी , 1983 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छः माम की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 2 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 3rd February , 1983 .

का.आ 958 (अ) /18- चख/ आई डी आर ए/ 80 तारीख10-12-80 का.आ. 622 (अ) /18-चख/आई डी आर ए/ 81 तारीख 1-8-81 [फा. सं. 4 (4) / 78 भी यू. एम . ] का. आ. 550 (अ )/ 18कक/आई. डी . आर . ए ./s2 :-- भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश सं. का. आ. 958(अ)/18 -चस/आई. डी . आर. ए. /80 , तारीख10 दिसम्बर , 190 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियमा, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 - चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त मभी संविदाओं , सम्पत्ति के हस्तान्तरण पत्रों , करारों , ममझौतों , पंचाटों , स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों का (उनसे भिन्न जो 4 फरवरी , 1978 के पश्चात् किए थे , हुए थे या प्रवृत्त हुए थे) जिनता आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्री काकुलम जिले के भोविली गं चीनी क विनिर्माण में लगे मैमर्स श्री राम शुगर्ग इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड एकक या उक्त एकक का स्वामित्व रखने वालो कम्प्नी एक
No. S.O. 550 (E )/18FB/IDRA/82.-Whereas by the Or- der of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) , No , S.O. 958 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA /80 , dated the 10th December , 1980 ( herein- after referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government , in exercise of powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settle- ments , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those which have been catered into , arrived at or come into force after the 4th February , 1978 ), to which the unit of M/ s . Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufac- turing sugaj at Bobbili in District Stikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh of the Company owning the sard unit is a party or which may be applicable to the said unit of company, shall remain suspended for a period upto and in- clusive of the 3rd August , 1981 and all the rights , privileges , (भाग 11--खंड 3 (11 ) }

obligations and liabilities acering or arising thereunder before the date of issue of the said order shall remain sus- pended for the said period;
And whereas by the Order of Central Government in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 622( F ) / 18 - B / IDRA/ 81 , dated the 4th August , 1981 the duration of the said Order was continued upto and inclusive of 3rd August , 1982 ( in respect of all matters except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) ;
And whereas , the Central Government is satisfier that the duration of the said Order in respect of all matters ( except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) should be extended for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of 3rd Febraury , 1983 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Develop- ment and Regulation ) Act, 1951 (65 to 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order in respect of all matters ( except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) for a further period of sixe months upto and inclusive of 3rd day of February , 1983 .
