Subject.—Inoian Rupee Value of the Special Currency Basket for the purposes of contracts entered into under the Deferred Payments Protocol dated April 30, 1981 between the Government of India and the USSR relating to the deliveries of machinery and equipment from the USSR to India on deferred payment terms.
File No. 1PC/23(16)/81.—Attention is invited to the Import Trade Control Public Notice* No. 35-ITC(PN)/81 dated 15th July, 1981 and No. 55-ITC(PN)/ 81, dated 29th October, 1981 on the subject mentioned above.
2. It is hereby informed that in pursuance of para 3 of Appendix to the above mentioned Public Notice No. 35-ITC(PN)/81, dated 15th July, 1981, trie .Reserve Bank of India have further revised the Indian Rupee Value of the Special Currency Basket as indicated below :—
Rs. 10.25IS with effect from 25-6-1982.
