S.O. 553(E).—Whereas it vacancy has occurred in the OUice of Presiding Ofliccr .)f iht National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay constituted by (lie Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 2213, tin'iccl 26lh July. 1980 published at page 2817 of part II section 3, sub-station (h) of the Gazette of India dated the .91 h August, 1980.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of section 8, of the Indus- trial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), ihe Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. D. KambJi as the Presiding Officer of the said NalionuJ Industrial Tiibunal, Bombay,
