Subject : Import and Export Policy for April 1982—March 1982
F. No. IPC/4/5<39")/62/82-83.—Attention is invited to the Tmpon & Export Policy tor April 1982—March 1983, published under the Ministry of Commerco Public Notice No. 16-ITC(PN)/82 dated the 5th April, 1982, as amended.
2. In the said policy, the existing entry No. 339 in Appendix 5, shall read as under :—
"399. Synthetic pyrethrum (including synthetic pyrethroids.)"
3. This Public Notice is intended only to clearify that synthetic pyrethroids are covered by the existing description ''Synthetic pyrethrum in entry No. 399 of Appendix 5.
