In the Table annexed to the said notification,. —
(a) for item (v), the following items shall be substituted,
namely :—
"(v) Solar air heating systems.
(va) Solar low pressure steam systems,";
(b) for item (xv), the following items shall be substituted,
namely :—
"(xv) Equipment for utilising ocean waves energy,
(xvi) Ocean thermal energy conversion systems.".

2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)J NO. 210/82-CENTRAL EXCISESG.S.R. 519(E).—'In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Exchc Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts compressors, falling under sub-item (3) of Item No, 29A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) and used in" the manufacture of water coolers, falling under sub- item (1) of the said Item No. 29A, from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon.
Provided that where such use is elsewhere than in the factory of production of such compressors, the procedure set out in Chapter X of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, is followed.
