ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th August, 1982
S.O. 566{E)/18AA/lDRA/82.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 617(E)/18AA/ 1DRA/77 dated the 12th August, 1977 (hereinafter referred to .is the said order) the management of the whole or the industrial industrial known as Messers Indore Textiles Limi- ted. Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, was taken over under section 18AA (of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 195I) for a period of five years commencing from the date of its publicafion in the Official Gazette, and the Madhya Pradesh State Textile Corporation Limited was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial
undertaking
2 THL GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II -Src.3(ii)] And, wheteas the Central Government is of opinion lhat it is expedient in the public interest that (he said industrial undei taking should continue under the management of the M'adhya Pradesh Stale Textile Corporation tor a further period of six months upto the 11th February, 1983 ;Now, therefore, in exenese of the powers confencd by sub- section (2) of section 1KAA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 11th February, 1983.

S.O. 567(E).—/J8FB/IDRA/82.—Whereas b> the Older of the Government of India in the Ministry oL Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 1O5(F)/18FB/ TDK A/78, dated the 17th February, 1978 (hereinafter refer- red to as the said Ordci), the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-icction (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of pioperty, agreement, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force imme- diately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those relatniK to secured liabilities to banks ind finan- riul institutions) to which (he industiial undertaking known as Messrs Indore Textiles Limited. Ujjain, Madhya lJr.idesh is a party or which may be applicable to the said imhiqual undertaking or company shall remain suspended [or a period of one year from such date and thai as the nyhis, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the viid period ;
And .whereas the duration of the said Order was extended
upto and inclusive of the 11th August, 1982 ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto the 11th February, 1983 ;
Jvlow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development anj Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby ex- tends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 11th February, 1983.
