सारणी के स्तम्भ 3 में तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट सीमाशुल्क अधिकारों के कृस्थ, उनकी अपनी अपनी अधिकारिता की सीमाओं के भीतर और यथास्थिति , पुलिस थाने या चौकी के क्षेत्र के भतर मौपत्ती है ।

मीमाशुल्क अधिनियम 1962 के उपबंधों के अधीन कृस्य ।
1. सभी पुलिस अधीक्षक
1 धारा 100 से 10 (जिममें ये दोनों धाराएं मम्मिलित है ) 106, 107 , 109 और 110 के अधीन कृस्य ।
उन 2. धारा 105 और 108 वो अधीन स्थानों में कुत्र जिनमें मीमाणुल्क श्रौर केन्द्रीय उत्पादणुएक अधीक्षक की पंक्ति का था उससे ऊपर का अधिकारी तैनात नही है ।
धारा 100 से 104 ( जिसमें ये दोनों धाराएं सम्मिलित है ) 106, 107 , 109 श्रीर 110 के अधीन कृत्य ।
2. पुलिस उप- निरीक्षक और उससे ऊपर की पंक्ति के सभी पुलिस अधिकारी किन्तु जो पुलिस [अधीक्षक की पक्ति के नीचे के हैं ।

CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 523 ( F ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts to the police officers specified in column ( 2 ) of the Table below, in the Union Territory of Mizoram , the functions of and officer of Customs under the sections of the said Act specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 3 ) of the said Table within the limits of their res- poctive jurisdiction and within the territory of police station or outposts as the case may be .
