सा ० का ० नि० 527 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम 1908 ( 1908 का 15 ) की धारा 34 के द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मुम्बई महापत्तन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारः 36 के अधीन नियुक्त प्राधिकारी से परामर्श करने के पश्चात तटीय जलयानों का ( मुम्बई महापसन के भीतर चलने वाले बजरो को छोड़कर) उक्त अधिनियम की धार। 33 के अधीन मुम्बई महापत्तन पर उग्रहणीय कुन पत्तन शुल्क के दस प्रतिशत के बराबर शुल्क के संदाय में इम अधिसूचना के रराजपत्त्र में प्रकाशिन होने की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए छूट प्रदान करती है ।

NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 17th August , 1982
G.S.R. 527 ( E) .-In exericse of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) , the Central Government , after consulting the authority appointed under section 36 of the said Act for the Major Port of 597 GI/ 82
Bombay, hereby exempts the coastal vessels (except the barges plying within the Major Port of Bombay) from the payment of port-dues equal to 10 % ( Ten percent) of the total port-dues leviable under section 33 of the said Act at the Major Port of Bombay, for a period of one year from the date of publica- tion of this notification in the Official Gazette .

सा० का० ति० 528 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पत्तम अधि- नियम , 1908 ( 1908 का 15 ) की धाग 35 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए तटीय जलयानों को ( मुम्बई महापत्तन के भीतर चलने वाले बजरों को छोड़कर ) उक्त धारा की उपधारा ( 1) के अधीन मुम्बई महापत्तन में प्रभार्यं मार्ग दर्शन फीस के दस प्रतिशत क्षे बराबर मार्ग वर्णन फीस की इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की नारीख से एक वर्ष के लिए छूट प्रदान करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 35 of the Indian Ports Act , 1908 (15 of 1908 ) , the Central Government hereby remits , in the case of the coastal vessel ( except the barges plying within the Major Port of Bombay ) , the fees for pilotage equal to 10% ( ten percent ) of the fees for pilotage chargeable under sub- section ( 1 ) of the said section at the Major Port of Bom- bay for a period of one year from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
