Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that for facilitating the construction of Metro Railway at Calcutta. it is necessary to direct temporary evacuation of all buildings, described in the schedule below, which are above or within 20 metres on either side of the metro alignment, it is hereby directed that the persons, living in the premises mentioned in the schedule below along with their family and dependents, as residing in these premises, together with any moveable property or animal that may be in their custody, control, or possession shall evacuate the said building.
