Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that for facilitating the const! uction of Metro Railway at Cal- cutta, it is necessary to direct temporary evacuation of all buildings, described in the schedule below, which ate tir-ovc or wilhin 20 ftretrcs on either side of the metro alignment, it ia hereby directed that the prisons, |iVlng in the premises mentioned in the schedule Below along with their family and dependents, as residing in these premise*, togethei with any mweable piopecty or animal that may b" in their cus- tody, control, or possession shall evacuate the said building.

Arrangement has been made to provide the affected per- sons with such temporary alternative accommodation, free of' cost, as consideied suitable byi the Central Government or to pay an amount which in its opinion is sufficient, to procure a temporary alternative accommodation,
