Whereas the Central Government is ot the opinion that for facilitating the constiuction of Metro Railway at Cal- cutta, it ii necessary to direct temporaiy evacuation of all buildings^ described in the schedule below, which aie above or wiliiin 20 metres on cither side of the mefro alignment, it is hereby directed that the persons, living in the premises mentioned in the schedule below along with their familv and dependents, as residing in these premises, together with any moveable property or animal that may be in their cus- tody, control, or possession shall evacuate the ;>ald building.
