Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that for facilitating the construction of Metro Railway at Cal- cutta, it is necessary to direct temporary evacuation of all buildings, described in the schedule below, which are above or within 20 metre* on either side of the metro alignment, it is hereby directed that the persons, living in the piemisea mentioned in the schedule below along with their family ynd dependent), as residing in these piemisei), together with any movable property or animal that may be in their cus- tody, control, or possession shall evacuate the said building.
