Whereas tho Central Government is of the opinion that Tor facilitating the constuiction of Metro Railway at Calcutta, it is necessary to direct temporary evacuation of all buildings, desciibcd in the schedule below, which aie above or within 20 metres on either side of the metro alignment, it is hereby directed that the persons, living in llie premises mentioned in the schedule below along with iheir family and dependents,, as residing in these premises, together with any movcable property or animal that may be m Hiejr custody, control, m possession shall evacuate the slid building.
Arrangement has1 heen made to provide the affected persons with such temporaiy alternative accommodation, iiee oi cost, as considered suitable by the Central Government or to pay an amount which in its opinion is sufficient, to procuie a temporary alternative accommodation.
Evacuation of all persons togethet with any movable Property and/oi any animal as des- cribed above for a period of six months appro\imatcly from the actual date of evacuation in each individual case.
