Such evacuation shall be done by every affccLcd person within thirty days from the date of receipt of intimation sent 1o him by the Executive Engineer CS-4, Metro Railway, who U the authorised representative of the General Manager, Metro Railway for this purpose-
la) foi taking over temporarily a specific temporary alter- native accommodation free of cost from the Metro Railway, Calcutta, or
(b) for presenting himself to receive from the Metro Railway, Calcutta, n specific r.mount, which in the opinion of Central Government is sufficient, to pro- cure a temporary alternative accommodation,
