8.O. 595(E).—Notification un-Jer Section 2J(l)(b) of the
Metro Railway (Construction of Works) Act, 1978.
(a) for taking over temporarily a specific temporary alter- native accommodation free of cost from the Melro Railway, Calcutta, or
(b) foi presenting himself to receive from the Metro Railway, Calcutta, a specific amount, which in the opinion of Central Government is sufficient to pio- cure a temporary alternative accommodation.
