ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th August, 19S2
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-Sec. 3(ii)] And, whereas the duration of the said Order wa" extended upto and inclusive of 17th August, 1982 ;to as the said Order),, the Central Government jn exorcise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18 FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of ell contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing oiders or Other instruments in force im- mediately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and fimncial institutions) to which the said industrial undertakings, Known as Messrs Sii Durga Cotton Spinning and Weaving Mills Limi'ed, Konnagar, District Hooghly, West Bengal, is a party or which may be applicable to the taid industrial undertaking or company S'IJII remain suspended f°r a period of one year and all rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities, accruing or arising thaeunder before the said d^ite shall remain suspend- ed for the said period;
And, whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the- duration of gaid Order should be extended for a further period upto 12th April, 1983;
Now, therefoie, in exeicise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) read with sirb-'ection (2) of section 18FB of th" Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the dmation of rhe said Order for n fmlhcr period upto and inclusive of the 12th April, 1983.
