S.O. 601(E).—In exercise of the powers confened by sec- tion 5 of the Ksential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Cenlial Government iieicby dnccts that the power to make orders under clauses ( c ), ( d ), (f), ( h ), (i) and (j) of sub-sc^tion (2] of section 3 of the Sjid Act shall, in relation tu the turtle todder oi any of the varieties specified in the Schedule heieto annexed, he excludable also by the Collec- tois in tlis Di'tiicts of Kutch, Honaskamlw, Sabaiknntha, Mchsana, Ahmcdabid. Baioda, Kaira, Panchmnhals, Bharuch, Rajkot, Smendiangagar, Bhavnasar, yVmicli, Jamnagar, Junagadh and Valsad.
This order shall remain in force fnr tlie period commenc- ing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 31st October, 1982.
