ORDER

New Delhi, the 17th August, 1982

S.O. 610(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec:ion 3 of the Essen- tial Comim-ditics Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, namely :—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Drugs (Prices Control) (Fourth Amend-

ment) Order. 19H2.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official

Gazette.

2. In ths Second Schedule to the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979. under the heading "XXII1 Oral Contraceptives", items 3, 6, 8 and 10 shall be omitted,
