ORDER
New Delhi ,the 24th August, 1982
S.O. 614(E)/18AA,/IDRA/82.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No . S.O. 753 ( E )/ 18 AA/IDRA/76, dated the 25th November, 1976 (herein- after referred to as the said Order), the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Pul- gaon Cotton Mills Limited, Pulgaon was taken over under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1931 (65 of 1951), for a period of five years upto and inclusive of the 24th November, 1981 and the Maharashtra State Textile Corpora- tion was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertaking ;
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Maharashtra State Textile Corporation for a further period of three months upto art inclusive of the 24th November, 1982;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the poweis conferred by sub- section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 Of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs thnt tho said order shall continue to have effect for a further period of three months upto and inclusive of the 24(h November. 199?

8.0. 615(E)/I8FB/1DK A/82.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 826(E)/I8FB/ IDRA/76, dated the 23rd December, 1976 (hereinafter lefcr- red to as the said Order), the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion,) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that thci operations of all or any of the contracts, assurances of property, agree- ments, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instru- ments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than the liabilities to the State Bank of India to the extent of the amounts outstanding on the clean cash credit limit guaranteed by the Government of Maharash- tra and the amounts drawn by tho mill against the cash- credit account (ordinary) to the extent these ore covered in the current assets) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Pubjaon Cotton Mills Limited, Pulgaon. ii a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall rerriain suspended for a period of one year from such dai" and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabili- ties accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period ;
And, whereas the duration of the said Order was extended from time to time, tho last of such extensions being upto and inclusive of the 24th August, 1982 ;
And. whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order vhould be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 24th November, 1982;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power* conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby ex- tends the duration of the said Order upto nnd inclusive of 24th November, 1982.
