Now, theiefoic, in exeicis? of the poueis confciicd by section 41 ol that Act, the Cenlril Ciovernment hereby exempts the persfn oi peisons from a country notified by the Special Oiganising Committee, IX Asian Games', Delhi, 19K2. coming to India in connection with paiticipation in the shooting events in the lorthcoming [X Asian Games to be held in Delhi in 1082, fiom the operation ol sections 3 ami l O i l) ot tlic Aims Act, 1950 (54 of i y ? y) :
by the pcison oi persons shall be subject to .1 pel - mil to be issued by the licensing aulhoriH 'n such profoima as may he prescribed by the Cent al Government ;
(c) the peisons or classes of persons exempted shall—
