1 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PAIU II—Stc. 3 (ii)] ment) No. S.O. 66S(E) 18FB/1DRA/81 duted the 26th Augusi, 1481, the duration of the said Oidei was exiendetl upto and inckisivc of 27th August, 1982 ;LDRA/80, dated the 28th August, 19K0, (hereiDni'tci leiejred to us ihe sait| Order), the Central Government in excicise of the poweis conteired by sub-section (1) of section 1SFU ot the Industues (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), had dcclaied that the upeiation of nil contiacis, assurances ot property, agreements, settlements, awaids, standing ordcis oi other instruments in forte immediately before the date of issue of the said Ordei (other, than those relating to seemed liabilities to banks and financial institu- tions) to which [he industrial undertaking known as Messrs Shiviaj Fine An Litho Works, Nagpui or the Company own- niy such industrial undertaking is a paity oi which may be applicable to svuh industnal undeitaking or Company shall remain suspended tor a period cf one year and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing oi aris- ing thcicundei befoic the said el tie shall icmain suspended loi ihe said period.

Now, Ihcicfore, in exercise of the Poweis cqnfened by clause (bl o[ sub-section (1) lead with sub-settion (2) oi section 18-FB of the Industiies (Development land Regul.iticn) \a, \')5] (6S ol 195J>. the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 22nd \ugust, 1983.
