F.No. 600/2402-2430/82-DBK.—Under rule 4 of the Cus- toms and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules. 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK. published in the Gazette of India—Extra ordinary, dated the 26th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-50 dated the 1st June, 1982.-
The existing 'Note' under SS No. 2430 shall be substituted
by the following:—
"Note—Drawback rate specified against any of the
subserialNo", mentioned above shall not apply to the following, namely:—
(i) article(s) made from low density polyethylene laminated paper intended for packaging of milk; and/ or,
(ii) article(s) made from low density polyethylene lami- nated board containing duplex board, intended for packaging of milk."
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into
force on 11th August, 1982.
