2 THE GAZETTE Of INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PARTII—Stv 30)] order further to amend the New Mangalore Port Pilotage and other Attendant Services (.Fee-0 Order, 1975* namely :— (ii) in it.-rn II relating u "Detention charges of Steamers" for sub-item (i) Ihe following shall be substituted, namely :-1. (1) This oider may he called the New Mangalore Port Pilotage and other Attendant Services (Fee1!) Antendme'H Order, 1982.
(2) It shall crmc into force at cru.e.
1. in the Schedule to the New Mangalore Port Pilotage and
other Attendant Services (Tees) Order, 1975, -
(i) in item I relating to "PILOTAGE", after Note 3 the
following Note shall he inserted, namely :—
"4, Additional charge of 50 "'„ shall be levied on essds
for pilotage between 6.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m." (i) For cancellation of a requisition" for the services of a pilot with less than two hours' notice to the Deputy Rs 500.00 Conservator for PILOTAGE lvtw^en V per vessel 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. OR with kss than 12 hours' no lice for PILOTAGE between 6.00 p.m. a-id 6 00 a.m. J
