सा ० कानि० 556 ( अ ) कन्द्रीय सरकार, कपनी अधिनियम 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) को घारा 205 क की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित्र धारा 642, का उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तिया वः प्रयाग करते हुए कपनियों के अ. दत्त लाभाण ( करद्रीय सरकार के माधारण राजस्व लेख मे अन्तरण) नियम 1975 वा मशाधन करने के लिय निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है अर्थात्--
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमा वा मक्षिप्त नाम कपनियों के अमदन्न लाभाथ (केन्द्रीय सरकार के साधारण राजस्व लेख में अल्पग्ण ) ( मशोधन ) नियम, 1982 है ( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन को नागख का प्रवृत्त होगे।
कपनिया के अमदत्त लाभाश ( केन्द्रीय गरकार के साधारण राजस्व लेख में अन्नग्ण ) नियम, 1978 के प्रम्प स ० 1 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रम्प रखा जायेगा अर्थात्

G.S.R. 556(E) In exercise of the powers conforted by sub-section( 1 ) of section 642 , read with sub section (6 ) of section 2051 , of the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Crovernment hereby makes the following rules to amend the Companis Unpud Dividend (Transfer to General Revenue Account of the Central Grovernment ) Rules , 1978 , namelv
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Companies Unpard Dividend ( Transfer to General Revenue Account of the Central Greverrment ) (Amendment) Rules , 1982 भारत का गजप श्रगाधारण

( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Note : The Companies Unpard Dividend ( Fransfer to General Revenue Account of the Central Government ) Rile 1978 were notified by the Central Government on 16th January , 1978 vide Notification No. GR . 140 - published in Par . II , Section 3. Sub - section ( 1 ) of the Gazite of India Jated the 31-1-1973 .
