S.O. 647(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (1) of section 15 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958), read with rule 3 of the Shipping Development Fund Committee (General) Rules, 1960, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri P, P. Khanna, Joint Secretary (Exploiatlon), (Department of Petroleum and Shri C. K. Karunakaran, General Manager (Materials Planning), Oil & Natural Gas Commission, ac. members of the Ship- ping Development Fund Committee with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
