And whereas by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 146(E>/18FA/18AA|IDRA|78, dated the 3rd March, 1978 No. S.O. I45(E)/18FA/18AAJIDRA(8O, dated the 5th March, 1980, No. S.O. 144(E)/81, dated the 4th March, 1981, No. S.O. 685(E)/18FA/18AA]IDRAl81, dated the 4th September, 1981, and S.O. 123(E)|18FAll8AA/IDRA/ 82 dated the 4th March, 1982, the Central Government autho- rised the authorised person to continue to manage the said industrial undertaking foi" further periods upto and inclusive of 4th September, 1982.
And whereas the Central Government, being of the opinion thHt it was expedient in the inteicst o; general public that the authorised person should continue to manage the said industrial undertaking, made an application under the proviso to sub-section (2) ot section J8FA of the Industries (Deve- lopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), to the Calcutta High Court praying for the continuance of such management for a further period of one year.
And whereas the said High Court, by its Order dated the 2nd September, 1982, permitted the authorised person to continue to manage the said industrial undertaking for a further period of one year.
And, now in exercise of the powers conferred by the pro- viso to sub-section (2) of section 18PA, read with section 18AA, of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the authorised person to continue to manage the said indust- rial undertaking foi- a further period of one year commencing from the 5th September, 1982.
