G.S.R. 558(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section ]0, read with sub-sections (1) .ind (6) of section 3 of the Major Pott Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. K. Bhatlachnryya, as a Tuisfee on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip, tepre.senting the labour employed in the Port vice Shri Nisharnani Khuntia and makes lhc following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing), No, 266(E), dated the 17th May, 1980, namely:—
In the said notification, in (he entry against serial number 12, for the words and letters "Shri Nishamani Khuntia" the words and leileis "Shi f S. K. BhattQchuiyya" shall be substituted
