G.S.R. 5S7(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), tha Central Government hereby appoints the port of Nhava Sheva in the State of Maharashtra to he a customs port for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
