RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 8th September, 1982
F. No. 21/7/81-ST.~In partial modification of the Resolution F. >Jo. 21/7/81-ST dated 9th June, 19X2 the Government have decided that the Expert Coinmitfee appointed to study the financial implicit;ons of the proposal for inclusion in the list of declared goods and for levy of additional excise duty in lieu of sales tax on vant'spatt, drugs and medicines, cement, paper and paper board and-petroleum pioducts and the manner in which the financial interests of the States can be safeguarded, will submit its report by the 3ht December, 1982 instead of the 30th September, 1982.
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned.
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette for general
information
