S.O. 665CE)/18FA/18AA,IDRA/S2.—Whereas by th,- Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of industrial Development) No. S.O. 6 J 3 ( E )/ I S F A I / 1 R A V I D K A / 7 6, t 1 a f ed t ho I 5 t fl September, 1976, the < "ntral Government had authorised the lndusrriitl Recon- struction Corporation t.f India Limited, Cnlcutt.j (herein- after referred to ns the authorised person), to take over the management of the whole of the two industiial undertaking's at 45, Tangni Road, Calcutta and at 3, Pagladnnga Road, Cali.uti,i owned hy Messrs Bengal poilerie* Limited, Cal- cutta, for a peiiod of five year? from the 15 September. 1976;
And whereas by the Older of Government of India In the Miflistiy of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 697(fc\)/18PA/18AA/IDRA/8l dated the 14th September, 1981, the Central Government authorised the authorised person to continue lo nian.igc the said two Industrial undertakings for .i furiher period of one year;
\nd wheieas the ("entiid Government, being ot opinion that it was expedient in (lie interests of the general public in at the authorised person should continue to manage the said industrial undertakings, made na application under the provi-o to sub-section (2) of section 1RFA of the Industries (Development and Regulations) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), to ifie Calcutta High Court praying for the continuance of such management for a further period of six month*;
And whereas the said Court by its Order dated the li'Ji September, 1982. pernitted the authorised person to continue to manage the said two industrial undertakings for a furl he t period ot six moniis;
Ni;,v, MiereiOie, in exercise of tho powers confened by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18FA read with section 1KAA of the said Act, the Central Government hereby direc's the authorised person to continue to manago the said two industrial undertakings for a further period of M\ months commencing from the 15th September, 1982.
