S'.'CL 66WE).^Tn •R\cr:hr. of the powers qonfened hv clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rule? further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—

1. \\) These rules may bo called" the Government of India (Allocation of

Business) One hundred and filly-sixth, Amendment) Rules, 1982.

(2) They shall come into force- al once.

2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,—

(1) in the First Schedule, for entry "26A. Department of Ecology (Paris- thiti Vigyan Vibhag)", the following cniry shall be substituted, namely ;—

"26A. Department of Environment

(Paryavaran Vibhag)";

(2) in the Second Schedule, for the heading "DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY (PARTSTHITI VIGYAN VIBHAG)¹, the following heading shall be substituted, namely :—

"DFPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT

(PARYAVARAN VIBHAGT.
