NOTIFICATION (b) The Western limit is defined by Lhu line starting New Delhi, the 17th September, 1982S.O. 673(E).—Whereas the Central Government it. of the opinion that the area described in the Schedule below in the State of Tripwu is in such a dangerous condition that the use of Armed Forces in aid of the civil power is necessary;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powcis conferred by section 3 of the Armed. Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958 (28 of 1958), the Centra] Government hereby declaies the whole of the said area to be a disturbed area.
SCHEDULE
The area declared as disturbed aica in Tnpuia is encom-
passed by the lines described below :—
(a) The Eastern limit is bounded by inter State boun- daiy between Mizoram and Tripura. Tne Northern limit commences at the tri-junction, 767230 on Map 83 D/7 ol the inter State boundary between Assam, Tripura and Mizoram and run Westward along the inter State boundury between Assam and at Nullah bend 646226 on map 83 D/4, along the nullah Kala Gang to village Kachar.iibari 640172, along line joining villages Kacharaibari and Bag- haicharaibari 605142, along nullah to the village on lachhin Chhara 604115, along the nullah lo the village Maachhmaia 595102 and Bhati Machhmam 681094 on Machhmaia Chhara, along IMichhara 581012 to village Nutanpahaia 583977, to Sananda- pari 598946, village Gamahanbari 595921 on Map 84 A / I, along nullah Kamaimara Chhara to village Tuichandbai i 593864 along nullah Tmch.tnd Chhara lo Nullah bend 579826, along nullahs T.awan Chhara and Rajdhar Chhara lo villaRts Isharavpara Tripuri 565745 and Dulshing para Tripmi 561738, to point 68, 549721 on Malidnar Chhaia. along nullah to Abhimnnyupara 549703 to K\iprajang- paia 558677, to point 645, 324292 on Mup 84 A/2, to Dayarampara 321278 along Manu River to point 273, 7327210 on the intcmation.il boundary between India and Bangladesh.
