ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th September, 1982
S.O. 674(E)/18A/IDRA/"2.—Whereati by the Order of the Government oE India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 608(E)/18A/IDRA| 72, dated the 18th September, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Indian Rubber Manufacturei s Limited, Calcutta has been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 1977.
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India No. S.O. 638(E)/18/ IDRA/77, dated the 261h August, 1977 the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 1979 ;
And, wheicas by (he Orders of the Government of India No. S.O. 520(E)/ 18A|IDRA|79 dated the 17th September, 1979, No. S.O. 7O4(E)|18A|IDRA|81 dated the 17th September, 1981 and SO. 138(E)/18A/IDRA/S2 dated the 17th March, 1982, the duration of the said Order was further extended foi a furthei* period upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 19^82 ;
And, whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest thar the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period upto ond inclusive of 31st December, 1982 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the provision of section ISA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs (hat the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1982.
