S.O. 678(E)|18AA[IDRA|82 Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministiy of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 708(E)|18AA|IDRA|81, dated the 19th Septem- ber, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government had authorised the Orissa State Textile Corporation Limited, Cuttack, Orissa, to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Orissa Tex- tile Mills Limited, Chowdwar, Cuttack, Orissa, (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial under- taking), for a period of one year upto and inclusive of the 18th day of September, 1982;
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PARTK—SEC. 3(ii)] Cuttack, Orissa, for a further period of one year npto and inclusive of the 18th September, 1983;Now, therefore, in exercsie of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 18th day of September, 1983.

No. 3(3)|81-CUS] S.O. 679(E)|18FB|IDRA|82.—Whereas by the Order of 'the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry), (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 758(E)|18FB|IDRA181, dated the 20th October, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) the Central Govt., in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of all cont- racts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said in- dustrial undertaking, known as Messrs Orissa Textile Mills Limited, Chowdwar, District Cuttack, Orissa, is a party or which may be applicable 'to such industrial fundertaking, and all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for a period upto and inclusive of 18th September, 1982;
And, whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said orcTer should be extended [for a further period upto and inclusive of 18th Sep- tember, 1983;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) tead with sub-section i2) of Section 18FB of Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said order upto and inclusive of 18th September, 1983.
