ORDER
New Delhi, the 21st September, 1982
S.O. 682(E)/18AA/J"RA/82.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development), No. S.O. 541(E)/lfiAA/IDRA/79, dated the 22nd September, 1979 ^hereinafter referrea to ns the said Order) the Central Government had uiuhorised the Secretary, Closed and Sick Industries Department, now known as Secretary, Industrial Reconstruction Department, Government of West Bengal, Calcutta, to take over the management of the whole of the Industrial undertaking known us Messrs National Iron and Steel Company Limited, Howrah, (hereinafter refened to as the said industrial undertaking), for a penoa of three years npto and inclusive of the 21st day of September, 1982 ;
And, wbeieas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient In the public interest thai the said Order should continue to have effect for n further period of one year ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year npto and inclusive of the 21st September, 1983.
