S.O, 687(Ej.—In exercise of the powers confeircd by sub-section (2) ef Section 18 of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 11>81 (61 of 1981), the Reserve Bank hereby orders that its Notification RPCC No. 8%4/MS. 36-8J/82 (vij dated fiih July, 1982 shall be modified and shull always be deemed to have been modified in the manner hereinafter set out, namely :
"For the words and brackets" [except sub-clause fa) of clause (.4)]", the words and brackets "[except sub-Llauso (bb) of clause (2) in so fui as advances sanctioned in favour of the primary co-operative hunks are concerned and sub-clause (a) of clause (.4)1", shall be substituted".
