S.O. 68JKE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the B|paa*iaJj.*OfltBBiodWBs,-ACti 1*^5 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby dwects that the power to make ordert> under clauses (dj and (0 ot sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall, in relation, to the cattle fodder of any of the yuricpej, ^peyfied m the Schedule hereto annexed, be exrcisjjble also by'^tioVernrherit of the State of Kaniataka in that State.
2. This order shall remain in force for the period commencing fiom the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 31st day of July, 1983.
